It marks an important moment in the recognition of the sector by examining its defining characteristics, systemic challenges, and its potential to generate social and cultural transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authored by <strong>Lilia Nenescu<\/strong> and <strong>Vitalie Spr\u00eencean\u0103<\/strong>, the study combines quantitative and qualitative methods: <strong>31 interviews<\/strong> with artists and cultural workers, <strong>50 questionnaires<\/strong> completed by active members of the ICS, along with a detailed analysis of the legislative framework and socio-economic realities.
